Fulfillment Time:

All products are made to order, and prioritized in the order they are received. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. Once an item is made it will be shipped within 2 days.

Leather, Thread, and Hardware:

We procure heirloom quality leather from some of the most trusted leather tanneries in the United States. Each cut of leather is original and distinct. There may be slight variations in character, subtle color/contrast, and/or thickness. This means each item purchased will be unique in its own way. Availability of leather varies depending on supply and demand. Leather can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to the shop. 

Our wallets are hand sewn using waxed poly thread. Using this high quality thread lends to the heirloom quality leather stitching.

We use high quality solid brass hardware from Buckle Guy who has been serving the leather community since 1945. Our copper rivets are all set by hand to ensure long lasting durability.

Returns and Guarantee:

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final if we have already began making your product. If there is any product defect, we will replace the item with proof of the defect. We pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our goods are guaranteed for a lifetime of normal use. We will repair or mend any product that wears out from normal use. Any physical damage that is deemed not from normal use will not be covered. We ask that you pay for shipping to our shop and we will take care of your product at no additional cost.
